ABOUT ME

Current Location: Cambridge, UK

I am currently studying at Cambridge University, England. My degree is in English Literature, which includes everything from Medieval dream poetry to representations of race and gender in Hollywood. At the moment, I'm focusing on Gothic depictions of family relationships, as well as Greek Tragedy.

I previously worked for both Amnesty International and The Times of London, working in PR and education journalism respectively. I held the position of Commissioning Editor at The Times Educational Supplement before returning to University.

I'm originally from East London, but more recently I split my time between Cambridge and New York City. I try to travel as much as possible, with recent destinations including Nepal, Australia, Canada, and the Azores.

My passion is writing, but it's also a vehicle through which I think about and discuss my other passions. These include British and American politics, modern art, climate change prevention, poetry, and music, among other things.
